1. The service

OutbidUSA operates a public, real-time leaderboard. A one-time payment publishes a profile or link on the board. Rank is determined solely by the total amount paid; there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

2. Buyer obligations

By completing a payment, you confirm that you own or are authorized to promote the listed account or URL and that its content follows the published rules.

3. Refund policy

If a listing fails to apply after payment is captured, or a duplicate charge occurs, we will refund the full amount. Rank changes and being outbid are not refundable because fulfillment is instant. Listings that violate the rules may be removed without refund. Exceptional cases can be reviewed at hello@outbidusa.lol.

4. Privacy

Browsing stays account-free. The production version will use email-code login to attribute payments to an account. Supporters can choose a private display name; the amount remains visible. Contact us to request account deletion.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes apply when published on this page.
